My experience at this resort was quite mixed. The room I eventually got was clean and spacious, but the initial room offered was a big disappointment. The service from the staff was noticeably friendly, but some aspects, particularly the management, need improvement. I enjoyed the delicious Kumaon Thali, which was a highlight of my stay, although the overall dining experience could be enhanced with better food quality.

I had a fantastic weekend getaway at Sterling Resort Nainital. The property is beautifully renovated with breathtaking views of the valley, and the food was outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast, and the restaurant prices are quite reasonable. However, it's worth noting that it's a bit far from the main mall area, which requires some planning for transportation. Overall, it was a memorable stay with a strong desire to return in the future.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The ambience and maintenance were lacking, which affected my overall stay.
